These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Highway Code ZM mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Highway Code ZM is an educational reference application intended to help users study and review road rules and driving information. The App is not a substitute for official laws, regulations, professional driving instruction, or advice from the relevant road and transport authorities.

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

The App may use or include third-party services such as Firebase Analytics, AdMob, and Google Play Billing. These services may collect information, display advertisements, or process transactions according to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Any purchases made through Google Play Billing are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms, billing rules, and refund policies.

We aim to keep the App useful and accurate, but road rules, regulations, and other information may change. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for checking current official sources and complying with all applicable laws.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the App, our users, or our legal rights. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means that you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
